My New Hero

Forget Batman or Superman, Carl Malamud is my new hero. This guy gets it.
Time is in short supply for all of us, so if you skip forward to around the 5 minute mark, listen to him discuss the ERA program and its challenges. If there is any poster child for a project that needed to be put out of its misery long ago, this would be it. A failure to really understand the goals of a project will doom that project. This is a requirements failure in its most painful form, one that takes money directly out of my pocket and fritters it away.
